i dont hav a square/rectangular shape's cake tin. :D
baked cookies brownies today. its yummy! im serious. :D
firstly, prepare the ingredients. preheat ur oven. 180°c with 30min.
then, add three eggs, 75ml water and a brownies mixture (sugar, cocoa powder, wheat flour, corn flour, permitted flour, emulsifying powder, salt).. mix it for 2min by using electric mixer in medium speed. beat it until light and fluffy.
add 150ml of melted butter into it and beat until light and fluffy, too. but in low speed. :)
break the cookies into pieces. add it into the mixture, now.
lastly, grease a cake tin and pour the batter into the cake tin.. u can also use muffins cup like me. :D bake 40-45min.. the brownies' ready when it pulls away from the side of the tin and when a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. :)
addition, u can deco it with dark chocolate syrup and silver balls etc. :) ice cream too! :D
while waiting the brownies.. clean up everything before ur mummy kill u! :D
