culinary essential class with mr.paul yest. understanding lamb, debone lamb shank, debone and tunneling lamb rack. kinda use wrong energy to chop off the bones. my right hand was super hurt. after all, carried five lamb legs in one time to shore them. didnt noe its so heavy.. muscle pain now. have to join back my beloved LM-ians to carry chairs and tables d. :D

mr.raymond's class after mr.paul's, as usual. bake fruits tart, apples tart and peach custard tart. was so tired that time.. didnt really listening. :( very hard to do woi. lots process and need lots energy. omgwtfbbq. class till 7pm.. we finish almost 8pm. =X peach custard tart overnight at coll like the apples pudding that day. :D

mr.maharis take over mr.malcolm's class today. he went for i-dunno-what competition. :) mr.maharis was super funny. he do lots sounds effect during class. :D class postponed till 5pm almost 6pm laa.. because we start it late. debone lamb leg which suppose to done yest.. was too frozen yest.. so we cant do anything. and, done some skills abt beef today. mr.maharis cook us beef dishes. yummy! we had our peach custard tart during break time. its yummy too. :)

had my lunch at cafe87 today with lyann, yyan, yixiang, amanda and rick. its a four courses meal with only 12rm. too bad cant use student id. top up lots money in it but only use it twice. ish. run out of cash now. :(
