gardemanger exam today. sighhh~ my chicken terrine and caesar salad. :( got shoot by mr.darren. until i dunno what and how to answer him. :X i dunno how to cook a hard boiled egg. yea.. a simple hard boiled egg. damn fail laa me. :( mr.darren and mr.malcolm both say my dressing was too sour. but i think its okay laa. ish. i somehow think its salty. :S arghh.. i dunno! i dont wanna fail!! :'(
lots question in my mind this few days. studies, degree, work, money.. :S *faint* time flies.. one year is very short. so, this is why i got so many questions. sigh~ have to think before its too late.
