im finally here to update u guys. :)
was damn busy as i post on the previous post. assignments, presentations, wedding cake and midterm. done my wedding cake after weeks. the first design had failed. so, this is the second design.. last minute design. :S
didnt had lunch today. pack much. 10am international cuisine class.. chef was away half way to look after the student who having exam today. :S end class around 3.30pm. was late for pastry class for one hour. ish. back at 7pm with two pieces of cake. chocolate mousse and le fraisier. :)
